Various additives are used to process and mold plastics, and the effects of moisture contained in these additives or moisture in the air inhaled during the mixture cause irrational problems such as bubbles, surface defects, dimensional instability, etc. This product is a hygroscopic Masterbatch developed for the purpose of manufacturing superior products without bubbles. Mixing an appropriate amount of this will completely remove moisture from the raw material mixture and moisture from the air.
It can absorb more than 30% of its weight, which allows it to absorb each mixture and moisture in the air and convert calcium oxide into calcium hydroxide during the plastic process to obtain products with no air bubbles and uniform density. Absorbed moisture is not re-emitted, and when heated at a high temperature of 500°C, it changes to calcium oxide due to reversible reaction, but is not re-emitted at a temperature below 200°C and exists as calcium hydroxide in plastic.
